This is the registration form for Revolution Elite and Club Momentum 2022-2023 volleyball season.
Tryouts are for girls of all ages up to 18. Tryouts will take place at the Berto Center and next tryout dates are posted below!
August 6th - 12:00pm - 2:00pm
The tryout fee is $30 which can be made in advance via Venmo Venmo (@volleyballrevolution) or Zelle (tanner@revolutionjrs.com), OR on the day of the tryout via cash or a check made to Revolution Elite on the day of the tryout or Cash.
